How do I check the status of my order?

What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders and Cash for payment. If you pay by Credit Card your order will begin processing immediately. If you pay by Cash, Check or Money Order, you will have to send in your payment along with the order form.

How can I pay with Cash, Check or Money Order?
If you don't want to use a credit card to pay for your order, we will gladly accept Checks or a Money Order. Please fill out the mail order form and mail it to the address below. All payments must be in US Dollars. If you decide to send in cash, it will be at your own discretion but we advise against it. Shipping charges are $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Shipping to Canada or Mexico is $9 and its $13 to all other countries. Please fill out the order form correctly and send the correct amount for shipping costs. Make checks and money orders out to: (Your Band Name)

What if my check bounces?
You will be charged a fee of $20.00 plus whatever your original check amount was.

If I pay with a credit card, does the credit card billing address have to match my shipping address?
No, but we reserve the right to ship to alternative addresses at our discretion. If we feel that the order may be fraudulent it will be delayed or cancelled. We take credit card fraud very seriously. We verify with the card issuing bank that the billing address matches your shipping address. If there is any discrepancies in the information or if the card was reported lost or stolen we will report your IP address and all the information you provided us during the transaction to the credit card fraud agency and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels from your computer to our server. Once your personal information reaches our server, there are multiple layers of security (including encryption of data) to keep your information safe. When you check out, you will see the Secure Server Icon on your web browser. From that point forward, all information you give us will be securely transmitted to us. If you still don't feel safe, you can send a mail order.

Can I order from outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship outside of the United States. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, U.S. Cash, International Money Order in U.S. funds or an International Cashiers Check in U.S. funds. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping when viewing your shopping cart

What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail for US orders and USPS Global Priority or Airmail for international orders.

How long will my order take to process and ship?
Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged. Priority Mail shipping, for US customers, quotes 2-3 business days for shipping time. International orders only go out once a week (because of the low volume), usually at the end of every week. USPS air mail usually takes about a week for most countries. Once it arrives in your country, there may be other delays. Be patience for international orders.

How much is shipping for domestic or international orders?
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items ordered (except for mail orders, read above for mail order costs). After you add something to your shopping cart, you may choose to input your address in the box below the shopping cart and choose your shipping method and it will automatically update the shipping cost. Shipping costs are as follows:

Do you accept credit cards from every country in the world?
No, sorry. Due to the high rate of credit card fraud in some parts of the world, we no longer accept credit card orders from the following countries: Argentina, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Corsica, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guatemala, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, St Lucia, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela. If you are from any of these countries and you would like to place an online order, please email us and we will try to accommodate you.

Why is it so expensive to ship overseas?
There are a few reasons why It's so expensive.
- The rates charged by the carrier are expensive for us, this is the main reason.
- The Credit Card processing fees are a lot more for international customers.
- We use more packing material to ship a package across the planet.
- We have to fill out a bunch of customs forms.

Will I have to pay any extra taxes when I receive my order?
Some countries charge you an import tax on certain items if the value is over a certain amount. Each country has different laws for the amount of tax (if any) that you must pay before customs will release your package to you. This is a tax that your country charges you to discourage you from buying things from the American Imperialist that we are. You should contact your local custom's people to ask if your country has an import tax and on what type of products it applies to.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with the item you ordered for some reason, we will refund or exchange your order for you. We can not refund you for the original shipping costs. In the event that you receive a wrong item by our mistake, we will exchange it for the correct item and will refund you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Clothing may be exchanged or returned, but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. We will not accept CD's that are out of the original plastic wrapping unless there is a defect. We do not except returns or exchanges on posters, buttons, or stickers. Please save the invoice emailed to you, as this is your receipt. We try to put a copy of your receipt in your order, but it is occasionally overlooked. We must receive the return within 30 days of purchase (but may be overlooked under certain pre-discussed circumstances).

Enclose a copy of the original receipt and a note stating whether It's a return or exchange and what you are exchanging for.

What if an item I ordered is backordered?
Because of the unknown availability of out of stock items, we can not keep backorders. If we don't have it in stock, you shouldn't be able to order it. We try to keep the merchandise updated all the time. If you happen to order something that we haven't had a chance to take off the website yet, we will notify you of the out of stock item and refund you. Please do not order a t-shirt that the order form states we do not have. For example, if you try to order a large black shirt and it says next to the black option "not in large" or "not in black" next to the large option. You will be immediately refunded for this order. It is a waste of both our time and yours.

What if you shipped me the wrong stuff?
If we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item, the correct item will be sent to you at no extra charge. Please email us and give us the order number and a brief description of what we did wrong (minus the insults and swearing). We will have you ship the incorrect item back to us. We will then ship you the correct item and refund you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

What if we shipped you a defective item?
If we accidentally shipped you a defective item we will definitely replace it free of charge. All you have to do is email us and give us the order number and a brief description of what is defective. We will have you ship the incorrect item back to us. We will then ship you the new item and refund you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
